SMOKING POLICY
- By law, Morar Lodge is a non-smoking establishment.
- Morar Lodge reserves the right to cancel the reservation of the guests without notice if guest ignore the non-smoking policy. Guests will be fined if found smoking within the establishment.
PROPERTY
- Every guest is liable for damages caused in the bedroom which have not been reported on check in.
CANCELLATIONS AND ALTERATIONS
- You may cancel or amend your booking without penalty provided a minimum of 30 days notice has been provided. Cancellations within this period will be charged for any nights that we are unable to re-sell.
- No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the booking value.
- Cancellations and alterations must be made in writing.
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT FACILITIES AGREED
- We do not accept American Express Credit Cards or Diners Card
- Traveller cheques or Foreign Currency is not accepted as method of payment.
- The currency is British Pound Stirling £
PRICES
Morar Lodge reserves the right to amend prices in the event of the following:
- Unforeseen changes in the cost of labour and/or essential commodities
- Any variation in the rate of value added tax or any other tax replacing same
- Any new taxes other than or replacing Value Added Tax
- VAT is included in the prices quoted at the current rate
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- Cash, Cheque, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro
ANIMALS
Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay free of charge by prior arrangement only, with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking.
Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds and should not be left unattended in the lodge. Any damage or additional cleaning required due to pets will incur additional charges.
PARKING
Morar Lodge will not be held liable for damage to vehicles or theft of/from vehicle whilst parked in the grounds.
GENERAL LIABILITY
Morar Lodge will not be liable for any failure to provide the services contracted in the following circumstances
- Industrial action by employees
- Industrial action by staff of a major supplier
- Destruction of or damage to the establishment
- Civil disturbance or riot
- Email, Fax or Postal Bookings which do not reach them
- Any other matter out with their control
- The operator fails to comply with any terms of this agreement
- The Company undertakes to take all possible action within its powers to alleviate any such inconveniences. In the event of any doubt or ambiguity arising to the construction of these conditions the same will be determined by references to the rule of the Law of Scotland
